Fresh scent of crisp apples in certified organic olive oil, certified organic shea butter (30%!), and certified organic coconut oil. A mix that can't be beat. Super fatting soaps for other soapmakers means adding maybe 5%, but we're in the skin-care business, not the smell-good business (although they all DO smell good) so we added as much shea butter as possible.

DESCRIPTION:
A light scrubber (exfoliant) – very effective, but gentle enough for even sensitive skin or facial skin. Cinnamon is a great natural antibacterial and we’ve added the powder and essential oil, as well as organic oat bran which has been shown to have natural beneficial properties for the skin. It also smells really, really nice. Please note we use cinnamon leaf and not cinnamon bark oil, which is not recommended for use on the skin and we use a very small percentage, just enough to give it that "hint" of apple pie.
INGREDIENTS:
Saponified oils of Certified organic coconut oil (Cocos nucifera), Certified organic shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii), Certified organic extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea), certified organic gluten-free ground oats, phthalate-free fragrance, red sandalwood as a natural colorant, certified organic cinnamon essential oil and spice.
SAFETY/USAGE:
Large, hard, long-lasting bar with lots of lather, but handmade soap needs to be kept in a soap dish that drains well. This will help keep the bar hard - longer. Test skin for sensitivity as cinnamon spice and essential oil could cause irritation in very sensitive or delicate skin.
